Diesel Maintenance Classes

2005
Several diesel classes were held in Mid-November at the Cummins facility in Rocky Hill just off Rt 91 near Hartford. Half-day and full-day classes were held for the different engines used in our tugs.

2004
An introductory half-day class and a full-day hands-on class were held in November by Cummins instructor Jim Brown.

2003
Diesel maintenance classes were held in November 2003 by Cummins staff in Rocky Hill, CT.

2002
A diesel engine maintenance class was held at the Cummins facility in Rocky Hill, CT, in mid-November, 2002.

During these classes, Cummins Training Staff distribute packets of information, show videos, explain functions of various engine parts, and demonstrate various procedures on actual engines. During the hands-on classes, students actually work on the engines.
