Extra dockline storage at helm

The previous owners of our first Nordic Tug, a great 26', had attached a cleat in the recess space to the right of the helm to hang a spare dockline. We found it to be very handy and completely out of the way. Adding this cleat was one of the first modifications we made to our 32.
