Rail cleats

On North Star (NT32-154) we have found rail mounted cleats very useful for attaching fenders and fender boards. We have one mounted on a leg of the bow rail, and one mounted on each of the three legs of the Sun Deck Rails for a total of four on each side of North Star. The cleats come with, and attach with, a stainless steel hose clamp. Ours are Johnson Marine “Add-A-Cleats” (West 367096).
