The Tar Talks is the official journal of Norwalk Sail & Power Squadron and is published and mailed to members bi-monthly. It is the voice of the NSPS members, and all members are encouraged to submit articles, news stories, photographs, letters to the editor, and specialty features. The opinions expressed by contributors to The Tar Talks are their own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or official policies of the Norwalk Sail & Power Squadron or the USPS®.
